She was preceded in death by her parents, Marvin David and Vesta Smith Cox; one sister, Jaynell Henard; two brothers, Randall and Willard Cox.

Fondaw; one daughter, Pat and husband Garnie Christian of Kingsport; one granddaughter, Sabra Kerznar of Bradenton, Fla; one grandson, Joel Christian of Bradenton, Fla; five great-grandchildren, Kaelyn Paulson-Christian, Cameron Christian and Cole Christian, Kya Kerznar and Koye Kerznar, all of Bradenton, Fla; two brothers, Howard J. Cox and Fred Cox, both of Kingsport; one uncle, John Henry Cox, Weber City, Va; several nieces and nephews.^12,2

Va. for some time and later came back to Johnson City where he worked as a service station operator until his retirement. He had lived in Kingsport for the past three years.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Eliza Cole Fondaw; two sons, Wally J. Fondaw, Hattiesburg, Mississippi, Edward L Fondaw, Kingsport; one daughter, Mrs. Leslie (Betty) Cloyd, Englewood, Fla; one sister, Mrs. Bertha Callis, Paducah, Ky; six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
