Eva Viola Jones, age 91, went to be with The Lord on Tuesday, April 1, 2014. She was born June 24, 1922 in Castlewood, VA, a daughter of the late Jonathan and Nannie Johnson Sluss. Eva was a member of Meadowview Presbyterian Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 39 years, Wallace E. Jones.

She is survived by:

A memorial service will be held 6 pm, Thursday, April 3, 2014 in the Weaver Funeral Home Chapel with Bobby Meadows officiating. The family will receive friends from 5 pm to 6 pm prior to the service.
