PRESTWOLD, a township and a parish in Loughborough district, Leicester. The township lies on an affluent of the river Soar, near the boundary with Notts, 2½ miles E N E of Loughborough r. station. on Dec 20, 1622 at Prestwould, Leicestershire, England.1 He married Blandina Acton on May 2, 1639 at Church of St. Mary, Woolnoth, London, England, they did not have any children.3 Sir Henry Skipwith died in 1655 at Kent, England.1,4 He sold the estate in 1655 in 1655.1 He was buried at St Helen's Church, Stapleford, Broxtowe Borough, Nottinghamshire, England.3
